Consider asking for an orientation to avoid confusion with room access. It can be quite a maze, especially for a first-time visitor.

No reason to complain, thanks very much for a really nice stay. Bright hotel in an incredible location, has LOVELY views of the sea. 10 minutes drive to the airport, it is located to the bus stops that you may need for from-to airport. The staff is excellent and amiable and accommodates all of guests' needs. The ambiance is comfortable. The food is fresh with a huge variety of options, including toast and yoghourt.

The location was great. The staff were friendly and knowledgeable.

The Air conditioning did not work 2 out of 6 nights. One day running water was not available for 5 hours. The tv was not at all good. The bed was lumpy and uncfortable. The food was terrible. Do not waste money on the half board. The dinner offering was not edible.

Recommend it for budget travelers

The location was perfect, just steps away from the beach and a lot of restaurants. I particularly appreciated the larger fridge in the room, a rare find in many hotels, and it made storing drinks so much easier.

It wasn't exactly affordable, but for what you get, it was still reasonable.

The breakfast buffet was excellent, especially the donuts.

I faced numerous issues. The hallways were poorly lit as a solo traveler. I was not given proper information about the amenities, such as the AC settings, which took me hours to figure out.

The hotel was clean, quiet and staff were very helpful and friendly. Excellent location, literally 2 minutes from the beach, spa next door and a selection of places to eat and drink. Great value for money.

The only negative thing I can think of is that the beds were a little hard!

the stay here was good, thoroughly enjoyed the hotel, it was perfectly clean with exceptionally nice location short walk to beautiful beach. extremely helpful staff, provided information if needed. the vibe here was comfortable.

The entrance to the room was like a maze, and you would think they'd have a map for us. How is there only one towel for showering? A welcome gift would have been nice, but instead i just got lost and uncomfortable. Absoluteley disappointed, almost gave a good review but just couldn't bring myself to it.

The receptionist, Giovanni, was really good, assisting me with everything I needed. The location is perfect-just a 15-minute stroll to both the historic town and nightlife. The beach is only 2 minutes away. Great breakfast for just €10! Truly an unexpected gem!

The location is perfect for either the beach or for going into Ibiza Town. I will definately stay there when I re-visit Ibiza next year.

it is excellent hotel if you want to have the sea in 5 minutes walking, very friendship atmosphere and amazing night life. Pacha club in 20 minutes walking, Space - 10 minutes by bus witch goes every until 6 a.m. This hotel also have very and very tasty dinners and breakfasts.
